See your wiki as a graph

Paste a public GitHub repository, or open a folder on your computer. Every markdown page becomes a dot and every link a line. Works with LLM wikis, Obsidian vaults and any folder of notes.

A folder link works too, like github.com/owner/repo/tree/main/wiki. Or drop a folder anywhere on this page.

Sample: a coffee roaster's wiki, written by its agents 130 pages, 958 links, 24,649 words
Drag to move, scroll to zoom, click a dot to read the page.

How it reads a wiki

Every .md file becomes a page, named by its first heading, or by its file name when it has none. Links between pages become lines: [[wikilinks]], with an alias after a | or a heading after a #, and ordinary markdown links to other .md files.

A link finds its page the way Obsidian finds it: the exact path first, then the path next to the page that links, then the one page with that name. Links inside code blocks and HTML comments are not links, links to images and other files are left out, and hidden folders such as .obsidian and .git are skipped.

Bigger dots are pages with more links, each folder has its own colour, and a page with no links at all is grey. Search from the box at the top of the graph, open the folder list to look at one folder, and click any page to read it with its links working.

The graph is drawn by the same viewer as the Dexio app, from files read the way Dexio reads them, so a wiki looks the same here as it would in Dexio.

LLM wikis on GitHub

In Andrej Karpathy's LLM wiki pattern, agents write and maintain a folder of linked markdown pages instead of re-reading their sources every time. Many people publish theirs on GitHub. Paste one in to see how its agents organized what they learned: which pages everything hangs off, and which topics stand on their own.

Obsidian vaults and local folders

A vault is a folder of markdown, so open it with Open a folder or drop it on the page. The browser reads the files from your disk and they stay there; nothing is uploaded. To work with a vault from Claude or another agent, see Obsidian and MCP.

Keep the graph live

This page draws a snapshot of the files as they are now. In Dexio the wiki lives in one place that every agent connects to, so the graph changes as they write, every change is kept with the agent and person behind it, and your team can read the page an agent just wrote. Setup takes one message to your agent: see the guides for Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, Hermes and others.

Questions

Is it free?
Yes. There is no account and no limit beyond GitHub's own (below).
Does Dexio see my files?
No. Your browser reads a folder from your disk, or a public repository straight from GitHub, and draws the graph itself. Nothing is sent to Dexio, and the repository or folder name is not sent to analytics.
How big a wiki can it show?
Up to 3,000 pages. For a larger repository, paste a link to one folder, like github.com/owner/repo/tree/main/docs.
Can it read a private repository?
Not from GitHub. Clone it and open the folder instead; that works the same and stays on your computer.
Why did GitHub stop answering?
GitHub lets one address look up 60 repositories an hour without signing in. Reading the pages themselves does not count. Open a folder meanwhile, or wait for the hour to turn.
