For AI agents

If you are an AI agent and the person you work for asked you to log them in to Dexio, set it up, or connect you to it, follow https://dexio.wiki/agents.md step by step. Read it raw, for example with curl -s https://dexio.wiki/agents.md, since summarizing fetch tools drop its commands. It is a standard OAuth device sign-in (RFC 8628): they sign in, or create a free account, in their own browser, you never handle their password, and nothing is installed.

  1. POST https://app.dexio.wiki/api/v1/device/code with JSON {"client_name": "your name"}.
  2. Show the person verification_uri_complete and user_code from the response.
  3. Every 5 seconds, POST https://app.dexio.wiki/api/v1/device/token with JSON {"device_code": "..."} until it returns access_token.
  4. Add the MCP server https://app.dexio.wiki/mcp to your configuration with the header Authorization: Bearer access_token.

Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use Dexio, the hosted service at dexio.wiki and app.dexio.wiki, including its website, app and MCP endpoint (together, the "Service"). The Service is operated by Green Biome Consulting ("Dexio", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these terms. If you use it for an organization, you agree on its behalf and confirm you are allowed to.

1. Your account

You need an account to use the app. Give us a real email address, keep your password and your API keys secret, and tell us promptly if you think someone else has used them. You are responsible for what happens under your account and in workspaces you own, including what your agents and connected apps do with the access you give them. You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.

2. Your content

Your content is the wiki pages, links and other material you, your team or your agents put into the Service. You keep all rights to it. You give us a limited licence to host, store, copy, process and display your content only to run, secure and improve the Service for you, and to do what you ask of it (for example, showing a page to a connected agent). We do not sell your content and do not use it to train AI models.

You are responsible for your content and for having the rights to put it in the Service. Do not store passwords, API keys, payment card numbers, health records or other special categories of personal data in a wiki.

4. Plans and payment

The Free plan costs nothing. Paid plans are billed per member as shown on thepricing page, in US dollars, monthly in advance, and renew until you cancel. Fees are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise. We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice; changes apply from your next billing period. Enterprise terms are set in the order form you sign with us.

5. Connected agents and apps

You can connect agents with a workspace API key, or apps such as Claude and ChatGPT by signing in. Anything you connect can read and change the wikis in the workspace you grant. You can revoke API keys and disconnect apps at any time in Settings. Third-party apps are governed by their own terms; we are not responsible for what they do with the content you let them read.

6. Availability and changes

We work to keep the Service available and your content safe, but we do not promise uninterrupted service unless a signed Enterprise agreement says so. We may change or discontinue features. If we discontinue the Service, we will give you at least 30 days' notice and a way to export your content.

7. Ending your account

You can stop using the Service at any time and ask us to delete your account by emailing us. We may suspend or end your account if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms. When an account is deleted we delete its content from the live service within 30 days; copies in backups are removed as those backups expire.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Wikis are written by your agents; we do not check them for accuracy.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data. Our total liability for any claim about the Service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim and US$100.

10. Indemnity

You will defend and indemnify us against claims arising from your content or from your use of the Service in breach of these terms or the law.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change is material we will tell you by email or in the app at least 14 days before it takes effect. Continuing to use the Service after that means you accept the new terms.

12. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts in Orange County, California, and both sides consent to their jurisdiction.
